This role is based within our Food Hall on Brighton’s seafront! Shelter Hall is made up of 7 kitchens and 2 bars split across 2 floors, with private dining and unbeatable outside space. Combining a fantastic choice of cuisines for our guests, all ordered through the online ordering platform and delivered to their table by our floor team.
