Work Hours & Location
The Supported Living service operates nights. Our night shifts usually start at 22:00 and finish at 08:00. If you would like to discuss other options, please get in touch. The service is close to the town centre with easy access to local transport links.
Responsibilities
You will support autistic adults to live as independently as possible. You will promote health and well‑being, help maintain their home, and carry out some cleaning duties. You may provide personal care and support during the night. You will build trusting rapport, learn about each individual’s needs, provide positive reassurance, and offer flexible support.
Qualifications
Experience is not required; we provide full training. A genuine passion for making a difference, a positive attitude, and reliability are key. This position is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure— the cost will be met by the company.
