Support Worker (Female)

About the Role

Community Integrated Care is looking for a full‑time Support Worker to join our team. You will work closely with people who have a range of needs, including autism, learning disabilities, mental health, and physical support needs.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with day‑to‑day activities, including personal care, medication administration, and positioning.
• Provide compassionate and respectful care that upholds dignity and choice.
• Work as part of a team of fully trained support workers in a caring home environment.
• Participate in regular team meetings and share observations to support the care plan.

Shift Patterns

Shifts vary from 8 am–10 pm, with occasional evening or late‑evening sessions. Waking night shifts are from 10 pm–8 am. Full time hours are guaranteed and contracted.

Qualifications & Attributes

• Experience in support work is welcomed but not required.
• Patience, empathy, compassion, and sensitivity to others.
• A strong work ethic, reliability, honesty, and determination.
• A commitment to teamwork and a positive, respectful attitude.
