About the Role
Community Integrated Care is looking for a full‑time Support Worker to join our team. You will work closely with people who have a range of needs, including autism, learning disabilities, mental health, and physical support needs.
Responsibilities
- Support individuals with day‑to‑day activities, including personal care, medication administration, and positioning.
- Provide compassionate and respectful care that upholds dignity and choice.
- Work as part of a team of fully trained support workers in a caring home environment.
- Participate in regular team meetings and share observations to support the care plan.
Shift Patterns
Shifts vary from 8 am–10 pm, with occasional evening or late‑evening sessions. Waking night shifts are from 10 pm–8 am. Full time hours are guaranteed and contracted.
Qualifications & Attributes
- Experience in support work is welcomed but not required.
- Patience, empathy, compassion, and sensitivity to others.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, honesty, and determination.
- A commitment to teamwork and a positive, respectful attitude.
