Female Support Worker

- Full time – 37.5 hours per week
- Louth, Lincolnshire, LN11.
- Full UK manual driving licence essential.
Role Overview
You will be joining a dedicated team supporting four women aged 50+ in their home and in the community. Support needs vary, and you will deliver both shared support and 1:1 support, including occasional lone working. You will provide full personal care to three people, support with food and nutrition, and deliver safe manual handling using wheelchairs, hoists and an albac mat where required. The role is active and varied, with no two days the same. You might be supporting someone to enjoy loud events, bike nights or monster rallies, or offering sensory interaction at home. Others love the cinema, meals out, people‑watching or exploring new hobbies. Your role is to help build confidence, independence, and meaningful presence in the community.
Shift Pattern
- 13‑hour long days, with rotating nights worked about once every 10–11 days.
- Night shifts may be worked more frequently during periods of colleague annual leave or sickness.
Requirements
- Female, as the role is a genuine occupational requirement.
- Full UK manual driving licence.
- An enhanced DBS disclosure, the cost of which will be incurred by Dimensions.
