Waking Night Support Worker – 1x night a week – Shillington – £13.17
Shifts are: 10pm – 8am

Responsibilities
- We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Waking Night Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support.
- As a Waking Night Support Worker you’ll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people.
- Our supported living service in Shillington has a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same.
- As a Night Support Worker, you’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by assisting with bedtime routines, including personal care and completing regular checks throughout the night.
- You will also be expected to complete light domestic duties in any spare time.
- This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone’s life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.
Qualifications & Experience
- Hold a full UK driving license
- Be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach
- Experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
- Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma
