Hospitality Housekeeper – £16.00 p/h
DAYS OF WORK & HOURS
Mon‑Fri, 40 hours/week, shift flexibility (7:00am‑10:pm)
Principal Accountabilities / Tasks
- Planning and placing food orders for meeting room breakfast and lunches.
- Receiving food orders, appropriately labelling allergen information and laying out food in the meeting rooms.
- Setting up and clearing meeting rooms (cutlery, crockery etc.)
- Placing food stock orders for galley kitchens, snacks, drinks, and fruits.
- Maintaining stock levels and topping up galley kitchens, pantries, and refreshment stations.
- Working flexibly to provide hospitality support for events and large meetings, working with external suppliers and in‑house events and reception teams.
- General cleaning duties in client meeting rooms, reception, galley kitchen and pantry areas.
Technical Skills
Good IT skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft packages (especially Outlook, Word & Excel). Comfortable learning new systems including meeting room booking and food ordering systems. Must have previous experience of working in corporate Housekeeping and or Hospitality environment.
