You will support a young man in his 20s with autism, learning disability, ADHD and epilepsy. Working as part of a close‑knit team, you will help him live life on his own terms – independently, confidently and joyfully.
Responsibilities
- Support daily routines from morning to bedtime.
- Plan fun, person‑centred activities that boost wellbeing.
- Contribute to tailored support plans.
- Build therapeutic relationships that truly make a difference.
- Keep accurate support notes – every detail matters.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong English communication skills, spoken and written.
- Previous experience in a care/support setting.
- A valid manual UK driving licence.
- The legal right to live and work in the UK.
- Confidence, emotional resilience and a strong personality to support individuals with complex needs.
