The Firm This is a forward-thinking, employee-owned law firm with a strong regional presence and an ambitious growth strategy—particularly within its Edgbaston office. It combines the stability of an established practice with the energy of a business that’s actively evolving. Collaboration, inclusivity and shared success sit at the heart of its culture. Looking for a firm where you’re more than just a number?

The Role

You’ll join a thriving Residential Property team that is continuing to expand its reach and capability. Managing your own caseload from instruction through to post-completion, you’ll handle a broad mix of transactions while delivering a consistently high standard of client care.

This role goes beyond day-to-day case handling. You’ll build strong relationships with clients and introducers, confidently respond to technical queries, and ensure communication is clear, proactive and reassuring throughout the process.

There’s also a real opportunity to contribute to the wider team—supporting and mentoring junior colleagues while playing a part in shaping the department’s future. Want a role where your input genuinely makes a difference?

YouYou’ll be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with proven experience across residential property matters and a strong understanding of conveyancing processes.

You’re highly organised, detail-focused and take pride in delivering excellent client service. A confident communicator, you build trust easily and enjoy working collaboratively with others.

Driven to progress? Looking for somewhere that will support your growth rather than hold you back?

Benefits

Alongside a competitive salary, you’ll benefit from an employee-ownership model—meaning you directly share in the firm’s success through profit-based rewards.

The wider package includes generous annual leave (with additional days to celebrate key moments), pension contributions, health and wellbeing support, and a range of financial perks designed to support you both professionally and personally.

Isn’t it time your hard work was recognised in a more meaningful way?
