Commercial Real Estate & Planning Solicitor (Lead)

Our client is seeking a Commercial Real Estate & Planning Solicitor (Lead) to oversee legal aspects of property, planning, and environmental matters across large-scale infrastructure and renewable energy projects. This is a senior role with responsibility for leading legal workstreams and supporting strategic project delivery.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading property and planning legal workstreams across major projects
- Overseeing title registration and land portfolio management
- Managing complex real estate transactions and securing land rights
- Providing expert advice on planning, environmental, and regulatory matters
- Leading due diligence across projects, transactions, and joint ventures
- Managing disputes, litigation, and judicial review processes
- Collaborating with internal teams and external advisors to deliver projects
- Supporting governance, compliance, and risk management
What we're looking for:
- Qualified Solicitor or Barrister in Ireland
- 6+ years' post-qualification experience
- Strong background in commercial property, planning, and environmental law
- Experience in large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance legal risk
