Property Solicitor
Kildare | Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid Working
Our client is looking for a Property Solicitor to support real estate and planning aspects of major infrastructure and renewable energy projects. This role will focus on title registration, property transactions, and legal support across a growing land portfolio.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing property transaction workstreams, including title registration and conveyancing
- Supporting large-scale land and infrastructure projects
- Drafting and negotiating commercial real estate documentation
- Managing title issues, rectifications, and regulatory compliance
- Coordinating with internal teams, external advisors, and legal counsel
- Supporting property-related disputes and litigation where required
- Providing input on governance and legal risk management
What we're looking for:
- Qualified Solicitor or Barrister in Ireland
- 3+ years' post-qualification experience in property law
- Strong experience in title registration and property transactions
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage workloads independently and proactively
- Experience in infrastructure or energy projects is beneficial
