About this Role
Andesite Partners is seeking a dynamic Private Equity Investment Associate to join their growing natural capital platform based in London. This role focuses on sustainable real-asset investment strategies, providing a unique opportunity to work across deal execution, portfolio management, and fundraising. The successful candidate will engage in comprehensive financial modeling and analysis, supporting investment decisions with a strong emphasis on environmental impact and sustainability. This position requires regular interaction with stakeholders and operating partners in Latin America, with significant travel expected. As part of a lean, entrepreneurial team, the candidate will have the chance to take ownership of workstreams and contribute significantly to the firm’s strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end execution of natural capital investments across Latin America.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, sensitivities, and scenario analyses.
- Lead analytical work on due diligence processes and coordinate with advisors.
- Prepare high-quality investment committee materials, memos, and presentations.
- Monitor existing portfolio assets and conduct regular performance tracking.
- Conduct market and thematic research on target countries and sectors.
- Contribute to fundraising and investor relations activities.
- Liaise frequently with on-the-ground operating partners and management teams.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in investing, investment banking, project finance, or transaction services.
- Strong technical skills in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in deal execution, including coordinating with external advisers.
- Genuine interest in natural capital and sustainable land use solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in Spanish, with additional Portuguese being advantageous.
- Willingness to travel regularly to Latin America.
