Our Learning Management System (LMS) plays a central role in supporting this mission, and we are seeking a skilled Digital Learning Systems Administrator to ensure it runs seamlessly and continuously improve it. The Digital Learning Systems Administrator will be responsible for the day‑to‑day administration, maintenance, and support of PfP’s LMS, ensuring smooth functionality, secure user access, accurate system configuration, and reliable data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Administration, maintenance, and support of the LMS.• Ensuring smooth functionality and secure user access.• Accurate system configuration and reliable data integrity.• Identifying opportunities for system improvement and ensuring continuous enhancement of the learning experience.

Essential criteria

  • Experience of working accurately with data
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with a proactive customer service approach

Qualifications

Strong technical and problem‑solving skills with sharp attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to build effective relationships and provide clear support across the organisation.
