To see our fill list of Team Member Benefits please visit our career site:**Job Description:**Under the direction of the Food and Beverage Department Manager, the incumbent will assist with daily functions and implement all established procedures for the restaurant.**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS****:**May include but are not limited to: * Ensure that all staff is fully trained in Tips, Sips, and Food Handling (as well as properly certified).* Assist in the evaluation of restaurant personnel.* Enforces food and beverage policies and procedures.* Ensures sanitation compliance throughout the restaurant .* Promotes positive customer relations.* Handles customer complaints.* Ensures and enforces portion control.* Conducts self in a professional manner at all times.* Additional duties may be assigned.**QUALIFICATIONS:*** High School Diploma/GED required* Associate’s degree preferred with one (1) to three (3) years of supervisory experience required or a combination of education and/or work experience.* Casino food and beverage experience is helpful.* Must be able to interface effectively with other management staff to deliver a positive guest service experience.* Must have proven ability to lead, manage, and develop staff.* Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Must be flexible and adaptable to change.* Must be able to work a varied work schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.* Knowledge of Infogenesis POS system preferred.* Strong understanding of cost of sales for both beverage and food as well as labor costs and inventory control preferred.**WORK ENVIRONMENT****:*** May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to: second hand smoke, excessive noise, and constant interaction with the general public.* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move 20 pounds or more.
