Park Avenue is delighted to be supporting a Local Authority in London who is looking for an Interim Senior Estates Surveyor to join the team.
Contract: 3-month initial term (with potential to extend)Rate: £400 – £449 per day (Inside IR35)Working Pattern: 2 days per week in the office. 3 days remote.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing an investment property portfolio, undertaking rent reviews, lease negotiations, lettings, wayleaves etc.
Essential Requirements
- MRICS qualified
- Proven xwzovoh Local Authority experience
