Senior Production Supervisor

This role offers an experienced Production Supervisor the chance to step into a management-level position, taking responsibility for evening shift operations in a highly automated food manufacturing setting. You will drive performance across the shift, ensuring targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Managing a team of operatives, you will take ownership of shift performance, support team development, and contribute to a culture focused on efficiency and continuous improvement. What youll be doing: Leading all production activities on the evening shift, ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and operational standards Monitoring output and performance, resolving issues promptly to minimise downtime and maintain efficiency Coaching and developing team members, ensuring adherence to hygiene, safety, and production procedures Driving team engagement and accountability to consistently achieve production targets Liaising with Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams to ensure seamless operations across the site What were looking for: A minimum of 4 years proven supervisory or management experience within a production or manufacturing environment. A hands-on technical approach with excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities Experience delivering operational improvements.
