Following the founders transition into a broader Group leadership role, the company is seeking to appoint a Managing Director to lead the next phase of growth. This role is fundamentally commercially focused, centred on scaling revenue and expanding the business across European markets. Reporting to the Group CEO, the successful candidate will assume full P&L responsibility, with a primary emphasis on: Driving revenue growth across European markets Building international partnerships and distribution channels Scaling and optimising e-commerce performance Identifying new market opportunities and routes to market In parallel, the Managing Director will provide leadership across manufacturing operations to ensure that the business has the structure, governance and capability required to support sustained growth, including the continued development of manufacturing competence and investment in automation. We are seeking a commercially driven leader with a proven track record of delivering growth in international markets, ideally within a product-led or manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will combine strong market instinct with the ability to execute and build high-performing teams.
