A well-capitalized global group is building a new systematic trading business and is looking for an experienced leader to set it up and run it.

This is a build-from-zero role with full ownership across strategy, team, infrastructure, and P&L.

Role

• Define the direction of the systematic trading business (HFT / MFT)
• Build and scale trading, research, and infrastructure
• Oversee strategy development, deployment, and live trading
• Work closely with exchanges, vendors, and infrastructure partners
