Responsibilities
As General Manager, you’ll have full accountability for managing site operations while championing innovation and employee engagement. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Qualifications
We’re looking for a skilled professional with the following profile:
- Experience : Proven experience in packaging or process manufacturing, with a strong emphasis on engineering and operational leadership.
- Commercial Acumen : Solid experience in commercial functions, including P&L accountability and strategic business planning.
- Technical & Leadership Strengths : Ability to tackle technical engineering challenges while providing strategic foresight in leadership roles.
- Operational Excellence : Demonstrated success in achieving continuous improvement, cost efficiency, and high-quality production outcomes.
- Innovation-Minded : Enthusiastic about implementing scalable, forward-thinking solutions that benefit both the organization and its customers.

Day-to-Day
- Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing site, ensuring seamless production schedules.
- Work hands‑on with engineering teams to troubleshoot, problem‑solve, and proactively address technical challenges.
- Conduct daily performance reviews, tracking safety compliance and KPIs to adjust short‑term strategies.
- Lead regular team meetings and training sessions to develop and inspire employees at all levels.
- Partner with other stakeholders to plan and execute long‑term initiatives in sustainability, process improvement, and customer satisfaction.
