We're building a platform that combines intelligent lead qualification with unified CRM data management, solving critical challenges for businesses scaling their sales operations. We're seeking a visionary CTO to co-lead our technical strategy and build our AI-powered platform from the ground up. This is a founding team position - a perfect opportunity for someone passionate about AI, sales technology, and scaling innovative solutions.

What You'll Build:

• Scalable cloud infrastructure
• Innovative sales intelligence features

Responsibilities

• Co-Lead technical strategy and architecture design
• Build and scale our AI/ML capabilities
• Develop our cloud infrastructure
• Drive innovation and technical excellence
• AI/ML technologies (not limited to); PyTorch, SciKitLearn, TensorFlow.
• Cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
• API integration capabilities; preferably REST API.
• Data processing at scale

Qualifications

Must Have: A Master's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Strong background in AI/ML development
• Experience building SaaS platforms at scale
• Deep understanding of CRM systems and sales tech
• Startup experience preferred
• Strong architectural vision
• OR: Start-up experience, whether it be running your own or co-founding.
