Director – Regulatory Consultancy

Danos are exclusively representing a leading professional services firm who are looking for a Director to help build and lead their new UK Regulatory Consulting practice.

This is a rare opportunity to work directly with the Partner to grow a high-impact offering from the ground up. You’ll lead client delivery, drive business development, and shape team strategy – with access to a diverse client base across asset management, wealth management, investment banking, insurance, fintech, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex regulatory consulting projects for FCA and PRA regulated clients
• Deliver engagements across regulatory due diligence, authorisations, regulatory change, governance reviews, regulatory health checks and assurance, and more
• Manage and grow a high-performing consulting team
• Drive business development and thought leadership
• Building and representing the brand in the market
• Ensure quality, profitability, and client satisfaction across all engagements

You’ll Bring

• Significant experience in regulatory consultancy – they are looking for an experienced Director
• Deep knowledge of FCA/PRA regulation and the financial services landscape
• Demonstrable experience of generating considerable revenue, with a strong book of clients and industry contacts
• Strong leadership, technical delivery, and commercial skills
• A proactive, strategic mindset and the ability to be adaptable in a new and fast paced offering
