They are now seeking a high-performing Business Development Director to drive growth through the UK intermediary market.
Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will take ownership of a panel of advisers and employee benefit consultants, developing strategic relationships and delivering new defined contribution business.
This is a senior, outward-facing role where you will act as a true ambassador for the organisation, combining market expertise, commercial acumen, and credibility across the pensions ecosystem.
