Senior Associate / Director – Commercial Property
Service Care Solutions is recruiting for a Senior Associate / Director to join a forward‑thinking law firm in Glasgow. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a commercial property professional looking to lead on high‑value, complex transactions within a supportive and progressive environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead on complex commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, development projects, funding deals, and commercial leasing.
- Provide clear, strategic advice to clients across all aspects of commercial property and conveyancing.
- Mentor and supervise junior team members, supporting their development.
- Contribute to departmental business meetings and marketing initiatives.
- Promote and expand the firm’s commercial property business, developing relationships with both existing and new clients.
- Identify opportunities to cross‑sell services across the firm.
About You
- Open to candidates across different levels of experience.
- Strong technical knowledge in commercial property law, with a proven track record in complex transactions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and business development skills.
- Ambitious, client‑focused, and commercially minded.
- Monday–Friday (35 hours/week), with flexibility or part‑time arrangements considered.
- Permanent role based in Glasgow.
