What's the role?

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to join our growing operations in our newest outlet in Mark Lane.

The role of the General Manager is to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site operations, ensure customer needs are exceeded, manage the team effectively and ensure the outlet is running efficiently.

This will include but is not limited to:

1. Running the outlet operations to ensure the highest quality food and service is delivered to all customers
2. Team management, motivation and inspiration
3. Monitoring and ensuring all Health & Safety and Food hygiene standards are adhered to
4. Ensuring outlet operations are optimised and financial performance is on track
5. Lead by example in upholding the highest standards across the operation
6. Managing inventory and running an efficient operation

About You:

You will be an experienced General Manager having worked in a fast-paced hospitality environment and be looking to develop with a growing company. To be successful in this role you will need:

1. Excellent people, communication and leadership skills
2. The drive to succeed and be the best at what you do
3. Excellent organisational skills, time management and delegation skills
4. Excellent analytical skills, quick thinking ability and not afraid to make decisions
5. The ability to motivate and inspire the team around you
