We are working with a London-based family office that owns a London-based property investment group which owns and manages prime office, retail, hotel and leisure space across London. The family office is seeking a Head of Operations and Finance to manage the family’s personal assets, finances, household staff, private property and other assets. This role is a mix of operations, people management, accounting duties and general management of ad hoc tasks.
Base pay range
£100,000 – £140,000 per annum. Salary is provided by WSS Partners and may be based on skills and experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead operations and finance management for the family’s assets, finances, household staff and private property.
- Coordinate accounting duties and general management of ad hoc tasks.
Key requirements
- Background in finance and accountancy is essential.
- Background in family office operations is preferred.
- Experience working with HNWIs is advantageous.
- Excellent organisational, communication and written skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
Location
The role will be based at their office in South West London.
