Role Description

The role holder will work with technology teams, business stakeholders, operations users, controls team, Migration Technology Team, UAT test manager and all other stakeholders to plan, manage & execute system/process changes including business analysis, current vs future gap analysis, requirements documentation, process/procedure updates and test scripts creation and execution for Wholesale Lending migration to Loan IQ platform.

Key Accountabilities

The role holder will run a Migration Pod and drive execution on data migration, risk & control, training and business process alignment for both short‑term (interim) and long‑term (strategic) changes. They will work in tandem with the Wholesale Lending Servicing and Facility Capture teams, along with technology teams, to ensure the data in the current lending platform (ACBS) is compatible and ready to migrate to the future lending platform (Loan IQ). They will lead all test migrations, dry‑run activities and migration go‑live.

The role holder will manage pre‑ and post‑migration data recognition, identify discrepancies, use reconcilation to improve data quality, liaison with stakeholders for data clean‑up, process optimisation/automation opportunities, and ensure project artefacts are reviewed, signed off and stored.

They will be an integral part of the go‑to team for system, process & automation change in Wholesale Lending Operations, facilitate recommendations and sign‑offs on design decisions and Go/No Go decisions.

They will support implementation and execution into BAU, be on site to provide support, guidance and issue escalation, and maintain continuous improvement of operational readiness, applying feedback from workstream leads and stakeholders to delivery plans.

They will communicate professionally to a global audience, support the creation of presentation materials, extract and interpret data for presentations and co‑manage migration deliverables for the offshore team.

Strong organisational skills and workload prioritisation are required to meet deadlines. Other duties may be reasonably required to meet objectives of Wholesale Lending Operations.

Stakeholder Management and Leadership

Lead a migration pod, manage scope, conduct dry‑run and actual migrations, contribute to other migration workstreams.

Work with stakeholders and tech partners to ensure smooth change implementation, gain buy‑in for migration testing requirements, timelines and delivery plans, update key stakeholders across the business, maintain awareness of business process changes and provide regular progress updates with reporting on impacts and training needs.

Decision‑Making and Problem‑Solving

Identify and communicate resolutions for migration discrepancies, prepare bespoke testing scenarios, scripts, frameworks, procedures, management information and documentation. Inform testing and process design strategy, integrate business scenarios into project documentation and testing scripts, secure Go/No Go sign‑off, and ensure the business understands impact, testing regime and intended benefits.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have previous experience rolling out strategic and tactical change across a large organisation, understand testing framework delivery, have good knowledge of Corporate and IB loan products and attributes, and be familiar with key IT/systems.

They will be enthusiastic, have excellent communication, technology and organisational skills, and adapt their approach to audience needs. They will understand the migration framework delivery, know Corporate and IB loan products and be familiar with key IT/systems.
