The Infrastructure team specialises in delivering projects worldwide with extensive experience in renewables, technology, transport, and utilities. We are looking for a Senior Risk Professional to support the Director of Project Controls and our rapidly growing team of risk professionals, developing and implementing our integrated risk management service across our capital programme portfolio.

This role will involve working on our growing risk portfolio across key infrastructure and non‑infrastructure clients, providing risk opportunities at critical stages of the project/programme lifecycle from feasibility/set‑up through to design, implementation, and assurance. Responsibilities include:

• Demonstrate proactive and constructive behaviours to harness risk information across a project, responding with agility to challenges and variances proactively.
• Challenge the norm/ traditional risk management ways and contribute views to shape the future risk management approaches, including Carbon/Net Zero, sustainability, TCFD, social value, cyber certainty, and customer experience.
• Lead or support delivery of risk management commissions on major programmes and projects.
• Conduct quantitative risk assessment (integrated, cost and schedule) to inform business cases, investment decisions and programme performance.
• Use risk tools such as @risk, Safran, PRA or similar; knowledge of new technologies like Nodes & Links and nPlan is beneficial.
• Present key risk findings to clients, including QRA model outputs and recommendations to support decision‑making and assurance of supply chain risk management performance.
• Lead and facilitate risk workshops for identifying, assessing, and prioritising threats, opportunities, and mitigations, including what‑if and scenario analysis.
• Be familiar with risk, project controls/PMO and PPP delivery maturity assessments and what good looks like.
• Provide guidance and training to project teams on risk management tools and techniques.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Recognised diploma or degree, or professional certifications in risk management (e.g., PMI‑RMP, APM Risk, IRM).
• 6+ years in risk management within major projects or regulated industries (e.g., nuclear, infrastructure, energy, defence).
