Head of Finance - £90 - £100k + bonus and benefits - West London - Hybrid

My client, a FTSE250 company based in West London, is looking to recruit a Head of Finance to join their team, supporting strategic decision-making and driving financial performance in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As a Head of Finance, you will be a key business partner, working closely with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight, analysis, and recommendations that drive profitability and efficiency. This role is ideal for a proactive, results-driven individual who thrives in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business partnering with senior management to provide commercial insight, financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis
2. Identifying opportunities to improve revenue, margins, and cost efficiencies
3. Supporting strategic decision-making with robust financial modelling
4. Presenting financial insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
5. Ensuring financial processes align with business goals and objectives

About You

1. Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience
2. Strong commercial acumen with a strategic mindset
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Proven experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering
5. Ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
6. Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
