Head of Finance – £90 – £100k + bonus and benefits – West London – Hybrid
My client, a FTSE250 company based in West London, is looking to recruit a Head of Finance to join their team, supporting strategic decision-making and driving financial performance in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
As a Head of Finance, you will be a key business partner, working closely with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight, analysis, and recommendations that drive profitability and efficiency. This role is ideal for a proactive, results-driven individual who thrives in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Business partnering with senior management to provide commercial insight, financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Identifying opportunities to improve revenue, margins, and cost efficiencies
- Supporting strategic decision-making with robust financial modelling
- Presenting financial insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
- Ensuring financial processes align with business goals and objectives
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience
- Strong commercial acumen with a strategic mindset
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering
- Ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
