Summary

Senior SAP Procurement / Warehouse Management ( WM/eWM) Consultant

6 months contract/Fully remote/Hybrid/London/Rate Inside IR 35

Rate -450-460 PAYE

Essential Job Functions

  • Gathers and analyses user business requirements and processes. Understands client requirements, needs and functionality of the Procurement / Warehouse Management (WM/eWM) modules. Defines and documents business requirements and validates solutions with the client with AS-IS and TO_BE process flows.
  • Works with business users to configure / customise SAP to translate business requirements into functional design specifications. Defines initial settings, module-relevant security settings and reporting options.
  • Understands processes, reporting requirements and user interfaces impacted by the SAP Procurement / Warehouse Management (WM/eWM) functionality. acting as the Subject Matter Expert.
  • Identifies modifications and recommends and applies changes as appropriate.
  • Experience supporting SAP Procurement / Warehouse Management (WM/eWM) functions, that also includes the communication and interaction with technical teams and client to resolve functional issues to meet client requirements.
  • Provides end user training and supports junior team members on learning journeys and up-skilling.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of SAP Warehouse Management ( WM/eWM) experience in business solutions, business analysis or management analysis experience
  • Additional experience of SAP modules aligned to SAP eWM/ WM
  • Experience assisting users with business process changes and improvement initiatives.
  • Ideally SAP certified, or willing to complete certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment.
  • Training and mentorship experience is desirable.
  • Work From Home, with a requirement to attend client meetings on an adhoc basis.
  • May occasionally be required to work evenings / weekends / bank holidays.
