Overview

What You’ll Be Doing (in a nutshell):

• Owning and scaling a warm desk across Primary, Secondary, and SEND
• Building long-term relationships with schools and educators
• Driving business development and growing market presence
• Placing amazing candidates in roles where they thrive
• Running the full 360 recruitment cycle
• Working toward Managing Consultant—with a clear, supported path
