About The Role

We are expanding our ETRM/CTRM Endur practice and are seeking experienced Managing Endur Consultants with expertise in Commodity or Energy markets and Trading and Risk Management System implementations. You will lead the implementation or upgrade of Endur, applying subject‑matter expertise in deal modelling, valuations, risk management, scheduling, invoicing and accounting for commodities and energy. Your role will ensure successful project delivery through consultancy and project‑management best practices and support the growth of capSpire’s Energy and Commodities consulting practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic advisory services to clients on implementation of Endur Gas, Power, Renewables, LNG, Agriculture or Crude and Refined Products upgrades or implementations.
  • Act as the subject‑matter expert for Endur across all functional areas for both physical products and derivatives.
  • Collaborate with clients and prospects to determine business requirements and processes, identifying improvement potential and driving change management.
  • Lead functional implementation work, including design, configuration, functional testing and transition to operations of the Endur solution.
  • Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of key Endur modules and commodity/energy operations, financial products, risk management and accounting.
  • Document business requirements, implementation designs, test plans/results and other project deliverables.
  • Follow implementation best practices, documentation standards and resolution process flow for all deliverables.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create customisations based on specific client needs.
  • Provide industry and functional advisory as needed.
  • Apply appropriate resourcing techniques given project‑specific needs, risks and differences in core team skill levels and relevant modules.
  • Maintain effective communication with client and internal stakeholders and manage stakeholder expectations during business changes.
  • Provide guidance and training on Endur functionality and general ETRM/CTRM topics.
  • Support the development and growth of junior consultants.

Skills

  • Deep knowledge of key Endur modules and commodity/energy operations with working knowledge of V19 and above.
  • Knowledge of Endur risk and valuation functionality, including MTM, PnL, VAR results and EOD automation (TPM and Services Manager).
  • Expertise in standard and customisation approaches for reporting, complex desktops, APM pages and pre/post‑processing logic.
  • Understanding of Endur architecture and best implementation practices.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Gas, Power, Renewables, LNG or Crude and Refined Products.
  • Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multi‑tasking, project‑management, organisational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment, working independently or in a team.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, engineering, economics or equivalent related field.
  • 7+ years hands‑on with Endur as a lead/principal consultant or team lead/project manager with working knowledge of V19 and above.
  • 10+ years industry experience with 3+ years in comparable consulting services.
  • Key part of at least two large Endur end‑to‑end implementation or upgrade projects in Gas, Power, Renewables, LNG or Crude and Refined Products.
  • Deep understanding of various functional areas and relevant Endur modules.
  • Experience conducting comprehensive testing and quality assurance activities for Endur solutions.
  • Worked in cross‑cultural or geographic teams with flexibility to support multiple time zones.
  • Delivered results with limited guidance as part of a project‑team structure.
  • Willingness to travel to onsite client locations as required by the project.

Preferred Experience

  • Subject‑matter expert or functional consultant in Commodity Trading, Risk or Logistics within large enterprise environments.
  • Experience in front, middle or back‑office functions with specialty in Trading, Risk, Logistics or Settlements.
  • Experience with Endur gMotion or cMotion modules is advantageous.
