THE ROLE

As a Lead Analytics Consultant, you can expect to be involved in the following:

• Lead end-to-end data and AI strategy engagements, from scoping through delivery
• Run workshops with senior business leaders to define priorities, KPIs, and success criteria
• Translate business needs into actionable technical and analytical solutions
• Identify underperforming initiatives and refocus efforts toward higher-value opportunities
• Oversee delivery execution, ensuring quality and business alignment
• Mentor junior consultants, building both technical depth and consulting capability
• Drive account growth through exceptional delivery and trusted relationships

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience leading data strategy and analytics projects, ideally with AI/ML exposure
• Strong consulting and commercial acumen
• Broad technical understanding across data platforms, pipelines, governance, and analytics
• Ability to balance hands-on work with strategic leadership
• Collaborative, innovative, and motivated to deliver real business impact
