• Work closely with CTO to build the business logic.
• Collaborate closely with product, AI, and design teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers while fostering a strong, collaborative culture.
• Strong experience in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• BSc/MSc/PhD from a good University.
• Passion for AI and tech innovation in the fintech space.
