Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Sales Director with a proven background in driving revenue and developing successful sales teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders across a range of industries.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and inspiring a team of sales professionals to achieve and surpass sales targets while fostering strong client relationships.
- Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, as well as managing and growing existing client accounts.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned with marketing, content, and technology initiatives.
- Leveraging market insights and performance data to guide decision-making and refine sales strategies.
- Supporting the business during a phase of rapid expansion and excelling in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in sales leadership, ideally within the marketing or entertainment industries.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Ability to analyse complex data and develop strategic plans.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, persuasive negotiation, and strong relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
