This is a full 360‑degree role where you will have the autonomy to run your desk your way. Whether you are a specialist in Interim/Temp, Permanent, or prefer the variety of a Dual Desk, we provide the infrastructure for you to dominate the Yorkshire and North West markets.

• Market Ownership: Identify and capitalize on opportunities across the Finance landscape in two of the UK’s most vibrant economic regions.
• Strategic Partnering: Move beyond “CV pushing” to become a genuine thought partner for CFOs and Finance Directors.
• Business Development: Use your existing network and our brand reputation to win high‑value retained and contingent business.
• Mentorship: As a Principal, you will lead by example, setting the standard for excellence and potentially mentoring junior consultants as we continue to scale.

• Proven Track Record: You are an experienced recruiter with a demonstrable history of billing success within the Finance sector.
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Yorkshire and/or North West financial talent pools.
