Hunter Bond is a global recruitment firm specialising in the finance, technology & change sectors in Europe, North America & Asia. We are on the hunt for a seasoned and successful 360 Recruiter to join either of our London Teams.

We are partnered and have very well-established relationships with the globe's top 1% of Firms I.E., Quant/Hedge Funds, Investment Banks, Software development firms, Prop/Systematic/Diversified trading firms, and award-winning Start Ups!

Ideal Attributes:

• Proven end-to-end (360) recruitment experience that can shape and attract top passive clients and talent

• FinTech or similar vertical industry experience is ideal but not mandatory

• Proven track record in business development and account management.

• Strong networking abilities to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities

• Demonstrable evidence of delivering a service based on integrity
