The Role

The Business Development Director is a new and business critical role for the continued growth and development of the CFS business. This role will be responsible for the overall sales performance, sales strategy, and growing our proposition to the markets we serve.

The heart of CFS performance is to ensure it operates on a profitable basis with turnover growth and margin performance exceeding expectations. All departments have their own targets and it is crucial that the Sales Department meet and exceed those targets to contribute and ensure the business growth is in line with, or exceeding, the set budgets. A key part of the Business Development Director role will be identifying new customers regarding install projects.
