Role: Head of Platform

Reporting to: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

As Invensa’s new Head of Platform, you will own and drive technology strategy development and execution, ensuring that strategy is translated into clear, executable priorities. You will work closely with our customers and suppliers, as well as internal and external stakeholders including product and operations teams, funding providers, and vendors. You will bridge technology and business needs: aligning customer needs, technical capabilities, and commercial strategy.

This senior leadership role combines strategic vision, technological execution, and team leadership, with direct responsibility for shaping the technology roadmap, defining success metrics, and scaling the technology organisation.

This is a rare opportunity to own and scale the product function at a critical stage of growth.
