We’re looking for an experienced Head Of Product for App to partner with Product and Design Directors in defining the strategic direction, performance, and evolution of a flagship customer app. This role is all about driving excellence — ensuring the app experience is cohesive, modern, high-performing, and continually improving.

You’ll play a pivotal role in setting strategy, embedding best practice, and building capability across teams to accelerate the app’s maturity as a critical digital platform.

What You’ll Do

• Define and deliver a long-term app strategy aligned with customer and business goals.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to prioritise and deliver app initiatives for maximum impact.
• Establish a unified app vision and culture across teams and portfolios.
• Drive performance through KPIs, insights, and continuous improvement.
• Represent the app at senior levels, ensuring alignment, engagement, and visibility.
• Build capability across squads and champion a strong, innovative app culture.

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years of experience in app strategy, transformation, or platform leadership.
• Deep expertise in mobile UX/UI, performance, and platform-specific innovation (iOS & Android).
• Proven experience leading app transformation in large or scaled agile environments.
• Strong stakeholder influence and communication skills, able to drive alignment across complex organisations.
• A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and delivering measurable results.
