What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the end-to-end management of the website -overseeing trading, UX, site optimisation, and customer experience.
- Own the online P&L and forecast the trading calendar with precision and purpose.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with buying, merchandising, marketing, and customer service teams to deliver an exceptional online journey.
- Optimise the digital shelf-from product launch to post-purchase-while always thinking two steps ahead.
- Inspire and lead a high-performing marketing and e-commerce team to reach ambitious targets.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in a senior digital or e-commerce role, preferably in fashion or consumer retail.
- Proven experience managing an online P&L and delivering measurable growth.
- A strong grasp of UX, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and digital merchandising.
- A creative, data-driven approach to solving challenges and seizing opportunities.
- Leadership skills to guide, mentor, and motivate a passionate team.
