Luxury food challenger
3 days in the London Office/ 2 days work from home (flexible for the right candidate)
Responsibilities
- Forecasting demand and managing production runs with suppliers and co-manufacturers
- Keeping stock levels healthy (finished goods + raw materials) while avoiding costly stockouts
- Owning and optimising Excel-based tools (and helping transition to smarter systems such as Unleashed)
- Coordinating B2B, B2C and 3PL logistics across Europe and the UK
- Managing pallet sends and international shipping paperwork
- Overseeing larger retail orders (£3–15k+) and ensuring OTIF delivery
- Building and documenting smart, scalable supply chain processes
Qualifications
- Food industry experience strongly preferred
- Excel whizz with attention to detail
- Experience handling high-volume order processing
- A doer, not just a delegator — happy to roll up sleeves in a small but mighty team
