Site Manager – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
We are currently working with a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility based in Surrey that is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead all aspects of production, operations, and compliance.
This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring high-quality output, regulatory adherence, and continuous development of both people and processes.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Site Manager will oversee daily site performance, team management, quality standards, equipment uptime, and customer coordination.
This role is ideal for someone with proven leadership experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment, looking to take ownership of a dynamic and high-performing site.
