Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the collections and recoveries team to deliver exceptional results.
• Oversee problem debt exposures and provide strategic insights to senior stakeholders.
• Design and implement robust recovery strategies, policies, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including AML, Consumer Credit, and fraud prevention.
• Provide high-quality management information to drive better decision-making and business outcomes.
