Skills and Competencies
- Fluent in English; additional European languages beneficial
- Experience with compliance software or data solutions preferred
- Degree in business, economics, finance, marketing, engineering, or related fields
- Ability to present high-level and detailed product information
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong team player in a multicultural environment
- Understanding of Trade Credit Risk, Credit Insurance, and Accounts Receivables risk management
- Familiarity with financial statement analysis and credit risk metrics
Education
Degree in relevant field
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand needs, analyze risks, and build business cases
- Conduct client workshops and discovery sessions
- Demonstrate products and solutions
- Design tailored solutions with product teams
- Create proposals and respond to RFIs/RFPs
- Manage Proof of Concept projects
- Provide technical and product support during sales
- Collaborate across teams to support sales strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends
- Educate teams and clients on products
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Travel up to 50% for face-to-face engagement, with hybrid work flexibility
About the Team
The Solution Specialist Corporate/Government team provides technical support and designs client solutions, collaborating closely with sales to accelerate the sales cycle and ensure client satisfaction.
