About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Technical to join a high-rise contractor in London, overseeing large teams across multiple developments for various leading housing associations. This is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the Managing Director, offering the opportunity to shape technical excellence across a diverse portfolio of projects.

This role would suit:

• Current Head of Technical or similar role holders looking for their next challenge
• Senior Technical Managers with a leading developer seeking progression
• Principal Design Managers from major contractors with proven leadership experience

Key Requirements

• Experience managing teams of 8+ people
• Strong background in high-rise residential construction
• Proven track record working with housing associations

Key Responsibilities

• Working directly with clients to ensure technical excellence
• Appointing and managing various consultants including:
• Architectural teams
• Fire safety consultants
• M&E consultants
• And other specialist advisors
• Overseeing technical delivery across multiple developments
• Ensuring compliance and quality standards
• Strategic technical leadership across the business
