You’ll act as the trusted technology partner to our business leaders, translating business needs into IT solutions, ensuring operational excellence, and driving forward innovation. As our Technical Business Partner, you’ll be

• Acting as the single point of contact for all aspects of IT within your business units - from strategy to service delivery.
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to understand their goals and translate them into actionable digital and technology plans.
• Leading and influencing IT demand planning, capability building, and investment planning across the business.
• Championing continuous improvement in operational IT services, ensuring stability, resilience, and value delivery.
• Shaping and aligning a 3-year digital and IT strategy that supports both business objectives and wider Group ambitions.
• Driving portfolio management - supporting prioritisation, removing blockers, and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Supporting the development of robust business cases, offering IT expertise on cost, benefits, resourcing, and risk.

About You

We’re seeking someone who can bring a balance of business acumen and technical know-how. You’ll ideally have:

• Proven experience in an IT Business Partner, Technology Consultant, or similar strategic role.
• Strong understanding of business processes and digital transformation.
• Ability to build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• A track record of delivering technology change and driving IT value in complex environments.
• Confidence navigating ambiguity, influencing decisions, and aligning IT delivery with business strategy.
• Experience in leading service performance and vendor relationships (desirable).
