Role
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms in alignment with project-specific objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to understand business requirements and identify AI opportunities.
- Handle data processing and analytical tasks to prepare data for AI and machine learning applications.
- Evaluate, refine, and improve the efficacy and accuracy of AI models through rigorous testing.
- Stay current with AI and machine learning developments and integrate cutting-edge technologies into initiatives.
- Document and communicate the development journey of models, findings, and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Champion the ethical deployment of AI, ensuring adherence to data privacy standards and regulations.
What we are looking for
- A university degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI algorithms.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Solid understanding of data processing, feature engineering, and data analytics.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to work with complex datasets.
- Knowledge of data privacy standards, ethical AI practices, and regulatory compliance.
