Responsibilities
- Leading in-depth technical discovery to map out complex customer processes and design tailored solutions.
- Delivering compelling, customized presentations and demos that tell a story rather than list features.
- Explaining complex technical and architectural concepts simply and clearly to business stakeholders.
- Tackling technical challenges—from scripting to system configuration—while finding answers to unknowns.
- Collaborating closely with Product, Research, Services, and Management teams to provide customer feedback and strategic insights.
- Owning the customer technical journey, ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Embracing change, quick feedback loops, and continuous iterative improvement.
- Performing cost/benefit and risk/benefit analyses on sales opportunities.

- You have domain experience in finance, logistics, or ERP systems like Coupa, SAP, or Netsuite.

- You’re collaborative and unafraid to ask questions and learn from others.
- You’re independent, self-driven, and a fast learner.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments with iterative feedback and improvement.
- You want to help build the practice, not just follow it.
- You have excellent communication and writing skills in English (other languages are a plus).
