It’s the perfect role for a Senior Engineer who is looking to take on more ownership of projects, be the go‑to backend expert, lead another engineer, and influence how systems evolve.
Responsibilities
- Lead another engineer through workstreams, prioritising and managing tickets.
- Own backend engineering with NodeJS / NestJS in a cloud environment.
- Work with Kubernetes or Docker and have hands experience with Terraform.
- Collaborate in a remote‑first environment, with monthly in‑office office planning.
Qualifications
- Senior level experience in backend engineering with NodeJS / NestJS.
- Strong communication skills and ability to mentor another engineer.
- Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes/Docker, Terraform and AWS.
- Experience with GraphQL and modern engineering principles.
