Role involves working with a card benefits scheme, implementing new products and launching events, ticketing, and concierge insurances.
Work arrangement: Up to 2 days per week in Hammersmith, not every week, but as needed.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and launch of new global and technology-based products and services in customer loyalty.
- Manage external vendors and drive delivery across cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
- Utilise tools such as Jira where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Project Management, especially in loyalty products and services.
- Proven ability to manage external vendors and drive cross-functional delivery.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools.
- Based in the UK.
- Payments products experience is NOT required.
